Notice is hereby given that the Rogue Valley Transportation District will receive sealed proposals until 5:00 p.m., local time, May 30, 2008, at the Rogue Valley Transportation District office, 3200 Crater Lake Avenue, Medford, OR 97504-9075, for the following services: Passenger Information Services: Design of Transit Information and Dissemination Services. Proposals received after the time established for the receiving proposals will not be considered. Facsimile (FAX) proposals are not acceptable. Any change or interpretation of the RFP document by the Rogue Valley Transportation District shall be accomplished by written addendum. The Rogue Valley Transportation District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public procurement procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any and all proposals upon a finding of the Rogue Valley Transportation District that it is in the public interest to do so.
