Way to Go Program
RVTD houses the Transportation Options program for southwest Oregon.
Current program highlights:
- Working with local schools and government agencies to create Safe Routes to School Maps and Action Plans in Medford and Ashland Schools.
- Applying for several grants to improve bike and pedestrian conditions around regional primary schools.
- Exploring options for improving bikes-on-buses capacity.
- Preparing new park and ride facilities in Central Point and Talent.
