Valley Lift Services

Program Updates As of September 15th, 2020:

The most up to date information on Valley Lift, Ashland Connector and TransLink services.

*If you do not need to travel, you are encouraged to stay home when safe to do so.  RVTD continues to require masks when traveling.

Valley Lift
- Service is operating normally although many areas impacted by fire continue to be closed to vehicle traffic.  If you live in an area impacted by fire and need transportation,  please contact our office to see what options are available to you during this time.

Ashland Connector - Service is operating normally although some areas impacted by fire continue to be closed to vehicle traffic.  During the fires, please allow additional travel time.

TransLink -  Service is operating normally although many areas impacted by fire continue to be closed to vehicle traffic.  Please allow extra travel time during the fires.  If you have been evacuated from your home, TransLink may be able to assist you in providing transportation for things like groceries, food boxes and medication to name a few. 

Special Services - Temporary shelters to house those displaced by fires have been set up at the Jackson County Fairgrounds in Central Point.  RVTD is operating a shuttle from the expo to the following locations (locations are subject to change) Monday - Saturday from 9:30am to 12:00pm and from 1:30pm to 6:30pm.   Last shuttle to expo is 6:30pm):

  • South Wal-Mart

  • South Goodwill

  • Albertsons (Central Point)

  • Central Point Goodwill

  • United States Post Office
