Rogue Valley Transportation District (RVTD) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to assist in the development of the Rogue Valley Transportation Options Strategic Plan.
The Strategic Plan will establish a 20-year vision and implementation framework for RVTD’s Transportation Options programs within the Rogue Valley and ODOT Region 3. The planning process will also support the update of RVTD’s Coordinated Plan, with surveys, data analysis, and community engagement activities designed to serve both planning efforts.
The selected consultant will work collaboratively with RVTD staff, community partners, and a Technical Advisory Committee throughout the planning process.
