As a recipient of federal funding used for transit operations, every three years RVTD must update its Title VI Program. The Title VI Program is authorized by the Board of Directors and a presentation will be provided at the September 23, 2026 Board meeting followed by a public hearing. RVTD has prepared the draft Title VI Plan for program years 2027-2030 and is now accepting comment.
